
Arena Instrumentation is fighting the recession head on by taking part in the High Growth Programme North West. With the help of an assigned mentor, Arena aims to improve sales and marketing to keep on track for its growth target of 20% increase in turnover per annum.
The programme looks at Arena's vision for the next three years and works backwards with employees to establish the best route to achieving those goals.
